- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the resort's standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a smooth operation
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens
- Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and maintain a positive working environment for the housekeeping team
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
