Housekeeping Manager/Προϊστάμενη ορόφων

• Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the resort's standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a smooth operation
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens
• Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create and maintain a positive working environment for the housekeeping team

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
