- Handling all aspects of reservations, including inquiries, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly.
- Work closely with other departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding availability and rates.
- Generate and manage paperwork (invoices, refunds, credits, etc.) for our customers and internal processes.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the properties and services offered by Empiria Group to answer guest inquiries accurately.
- Participate in training programs and maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Reservations Executive or in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Greek and English, with additional languages considered an asset.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) like Opera or Fidelio, and experience with channel management systems.
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing positively to the work environment.
