- Operations Management :
- Oversee the daily operations of wind turbines to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor and analyze turbine performance data to identify and resolve issues
- Prepare status reports and conduct follow-up meetings on issues.
- Maintenance and Repairs :
- Coordinate schedule/preventive/corrective maintenance and/or inspections of wind turbines
- Follow-up on troubleshoot for mechanical and/or electrical issues
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) :
- Collaborate with the HSE Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Promote a culture of safety within the team
- Technical Support :
- Provide technical support for the installation and commissioning of new projects
- Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and operational data
- Prepare reports on turbine performance and maintenance activities
- Stakeholder Coordination :
- Work with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Manage contracts and ensure adherence to service agreements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial). Master's degree will be considered as an asset
- At least 3 years' experience related to RES projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language
- Ability to cope on a multitask environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of wind turbine technology, and excellent communication abilities
