We work together to shape the future of energy and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.Starting with the role:Currently we are searching to hire a Debt Chasing Associate to be responsible for managing outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments, and overseeing the release of orders. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to maintaining positive customer relationships.During your day you will:

Monitor and manage outstanding debts, ensuring timely collection of payments from customers
Oversee the release of orders, ensuring that all financial obligations are met before processing
Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments, resolving any issues or disputes in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records of all debt collection activities and order releases
Prepare regular reports on debt status and order release activities for management review
Ensure all debt collection and order release activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations

What you need to stand out:

Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration/ Economics or other related field
Master Degree will be considered a plus
At least 1 year of experience as Debt Chaser or relevant
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
Proficient use of MS Office tools
