Deliver exceptional in-game support to Dutch-speaking players through chat and email.
Troubleshoot and resolve gameplay issues, account inquiries, and technical problems.
Maintain detailed records of player interactions and solutions within the support system.
Collaborate with game developers and other support teams to escalate complex issues effectively.
Engage with the gaming community, providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance player experience.
Stay updated on game developments and community trends to offer knowledgeable support.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or gaming support is a plus.
A proactive problem-solving mindset with a passion for gaming.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Familiarity with gaming platforms and common technical support practices.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding player experiences.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
