Deliver top-notch customer support to the Dutch-speaking gaming community.
Engage with users through social media and gaming forums to monitor community interactions.
Assist users with questions related to games, accounts, and technical support.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of player concerns.
Stay updated with game developments, new releases, and gaming industry trends.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level) and proficient English skills.
A deep passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming cultures.
Experience in customer support or community management is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
