Collaboration, diversity, and inclusion are the cornerstones of our culture, guiding us in crafting experiences that go beyond every expectation.Role Overview:The Director of Revenue and Reservations will lead the revenue strategy for multiple properties, ensuring optimization of revenue generation while overseeing the reservations process to enhance overall guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Create, develop and implement revenue management and distribution strategy across all revenue channels for the hotel properties and manage day-to-day yield operations for all assigned properties.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and internal data to make strategic decisions for pricing and inventory distribution.
Oversee the Reservations department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of reservations and inquiries.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
Monitor and maintain the integrity of data within the PMS and other distribution channels.
Prepare detailed forecasts, reports, and analysis for executive management to support data-driven decision-making.
Evaluate the performance of all Distribution partners and serve as the main point of contact between hotels and OTAs in order to maximize hotel revenues.
Coach and mentor the revenue and reservations teams to maximize their performance.
Participate actively in all Departmental and Management Meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree in Revenue Management will be considered as an asset.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in revenue management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio),Channel Manager, GDS,Extranets.
Fluency in English is required (both oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Ability to coordinate effectively and motivate a team, towards the achievement of important organizational goals
