- Perform daily customer service duties for the B2B markets, which involve handling telephone inquiries, addressing complaints and returns, managing emergency shipments, resolving backorders, processing credit and rebills, and handling customer concerns.
- Manage order entry in ERP system and perform invoicing activities.
- Thoroughly document all inquiries in adherence with company procedures.
- Handle processing and issuing credit notes for returns.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among both internal and external parties involved, addressing concerns and resolving problems related to shipment of products, returns, credit notes in a timely manner.
- Perform reporting activity as required.
- Build strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- University Degree or equivalent education in related fields and previous experience in Customer Service in a multinational matrix.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
- Able to communicate effectively in Greek and English.
- Exposure to JDE system will be beneficial.
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple task efficiently.
- Positive attitude, collaborative and able to adapt.
