As one of the top 5 digital signage SaaS platforms globally, Yodeck is looking for curious and smart people to help us drive even faster growth.Role overviewWe’re looking for a Channel Operations Assistant (Internship) to support our Partner Success team in managing administrative and operational tasks. This is a temporary 3-month position ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in SaaS partnerships and customer success.You’ll help streamline communication and support for our global network of partners, enabling the team to focus on high-value, revenue-generating activities.Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to basic administrative inquiries from existing channel partners (e.g. account set up and access, invoice requests, documentation needs).
  • Assist with data entry and CRM updates to ensure partner records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support the onboarding process for new partners by coordinating documentation and checklist items.
  • Help organise partner-related content such as training resources, FAQs, and updates.
  • Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to triage and escalate technical or opportunity requests.
  • Prepare simple reports or summaries to track operational activity and team bandwidth.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
