- Monitor and respond to basic administrative inquiries from existing channel partners (e.g. account set up and access, invoice requests, documentation needs).
- Assist with data entry and CRM updates to ensure partner records are accurate and up to date.
- Support the onboarding process for new partners by coordinating documentation and checklist items.
- Help organise partner-related content such as training resources, FAQs, and updates.
- Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to triage and escalate technical or opportunity requests.
- Prepare simple reports or summaries to track operational activity and team bandwidth.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- 6-month fully paid internship
