Global Billing Specialist (Outgoing & Compliance)

- Ensure compliant invoice creation per local tax, legal, and e-invoicing requirements worldwide.
- Design and maintain invoice flows across multiple business models (services, hardware, DaaS).
- Configure and manage billing logic and formats in ERP systems (Internal and MS D365 F&O).
- Collaborate with tax, legal, operations, and logistics to ensure accurate and lawful billing.
- Track regulatory changes and translate them into scalable billing process updates.
- Support tax audits and ensure invoice-related documentation is audit-ready.
- 3+ years' experience in international invoicing, billing compliance, or tax operations.
- Strong knowledge of VAT/GST, e-invoicing mandates, and cross-border billing rules.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics 365).
- Understanding of hardware logistics and their impact on invoicing and tax.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex regulatory environments.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German) are a strong plus.
