- Receive and handle incoming calls and emails
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Identify and engage new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, expanding our customer base
- Monitor customer performance, optimize job ads and provide consultation as required
- Be able to assess customer needs on the fly and provide accurate assistance and information
- Ensure and provide high quality of service to customers in a professional manner
- Gain feedback from customers and transfer it efficiently to key stakeholders
- Achieve personal and group sales goals while contributing in sales development strategies
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Greek, and good command of the English language
- Computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer oriented mindset together with positive, and “can-do” attitude
- Fulfilled military obligations
- Proven work experience in a sales or customer support role will be considered as a plus
