Company DescriptionArηs is a fully independent group of companies specialized in managing complex IT projects and systems for large organisations, focusing on state-of-the-art software development, business intelligence and infrastructure services.We are composed of 16 entities across 8 countries that are unified by the Arηs Group, with more than 2.500 consultants.This corporate structure enables us to respond quickly to market changes and customer requests, and to communicate and make decisions without layers of bureaucracy.Our success can be attributed to the synergy among our nine complementary entities, combined with our methodologies, which are based on the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and the Scrum agile software development framework.Established in 2016, the Greek entity aims to extend Arηs Group activities dedicated to the European market providing high-quality services in Software Development, covering the entire application development lifecycle: starting with user requirements, business process redesign and specifications, to continue with development, testing and application maintenance.Job DescriptionAre you fascinated by application architecture?Do you want to take the lead for the architecture design and implementation for one of our most strategic clients in the EU Sector?If the answer is yes, we would like to meet you!Arhs Group is searching for a Solution Architect who will play a pivotal role in the architecture design for different projects for a client in social security sector.As a Solution Expert, your responsibilities will include:Design and define complex IT solutions leveraging PaaS cloud services and cloud-native technologiesPerform white-boarding sessions and architectural reviews with customersRun demos and PoCs Produce quality documentation for solution designsOperate across multiple projects simultaneously as well as assuming responsibility for the appropriate architectureCollaborate with other teams such as account management, professional services, delivery teamsQualificationsWho you are

University/College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or other relative discipline
At least 3 years of proven working experience in Architect positions and 7+ years experience in development positions
Background in Architecture, Systems Design, Software Development or DevOps
Exposure to cloud-native technologies (Containers, Kubernetes, Serverless, NoSQL Databases, etc.)
Knowledge of Java programming language and/or scripting
Strong communication skills to work with various business stakeholders
Results-oriented, process-driven
Able to set and meet strict deadlines, to perform under pressure and deliver innovative results against highly challenging targets
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
Keep abreast of new technology developments and innovations
