Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role, particularly within the e-commerce sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues while maintaining professionalism.
Self-motivated and capable of working effectively both independently and in a team setting.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Knowledge of marketplace platforms and customer service software is an advantage.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
