- Supervise a team of Operation Engineers
- Coordinate Incident and Problem management activities
- Coach Engineers to achieve their goals, bring in best practices and push for innovation
- Build solid collaboration processes between onsite and offshore teams
- Manage the support of Vendors and monitor SLAs/KPIs
- Monitor day to day activities and report performance KPIs to stakeholders
- Drive automation initiatives (CI/CD, monitoring tools)
- Review and participate on the change management process for new deliverables from Vendors and IT Delivery Engineers
- Build a strong understanding of the business processes and cooperate closely with business operations functions
- Recognized as an expert in the Billing & Mediation domain, with a proven track record mainly using Oracle BRM for Billing plus also Nokia Data Refinery for Mediation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or previous demonstrated work experience
- Very good knowledge of Oracle BRM Administration
- Prior experience in leading/ coaching/mentoring a team of Engineers
- Good knowledge of ITIL framework and experience in practicing it
- Experience on using some of the below technologies: Oracle RDBMS, Oracle PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST) and integration with middleware systems (Oracle OSM, Fusion Middleware), Unix & Perl scripting, SPLUNK dashboards
- Experience in Telco industry will be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek & English and with both technical and business audiences

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge the gap between teams and functional areas
