
Accounting Process Analyst

- Supporting the management of invoices in compliance with the company's policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate entry of invoices up to their receipt
- Supporting the purchase-to-pay cycle in cooperation with business shared services
- Assisting with the process of creating new suppliers in company's systems, self-billing procedures, and other related processes
- Monitoring and implementing the company's credit policy and managing customer payment delays in cooperation with the Sales and Legal functions, according to the credit control procedure
- Degree from a University/Technical Institute in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Very good command of English
- Experience in using ERP systems (SAP)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines & solve problems
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an additional qualification
