Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic clients through various communication channels
Effectively resolve customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
Encourage participation in loyalty programs and communicate their benefits
Collect customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement
Collaborate with other teams to efficiently address customer concerns
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Stay informed on company products, services, and policies to offer informed assistance
Requirements
Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer service or loyalty roles is advantageous
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer needs
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable using technology and familiar with CRM systems
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
