HR Business Partner (based in Heraklion)

• Partner with hotel management to align HR strategies with operational and business objectives
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
• Support organizational change and culture-building efforts across departments
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, leadership, and employee relations
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
• Oversee employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and retention
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and hospitality industry standards
• Manage recruitment processes during the off-season, ensuring timely and quality hires
• Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees, resolving complex HR issues with empathy and discretion

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
• Ms Degree in Human Resources will be a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, ideally within the hospitality sector
• Proven experience in strategic HR partnering and organizational development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Good knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
• High level of emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex issues and find creative solutions
• Excellent command of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
