
HR Business Partner (based in Heraklion)

- Partner with hotel management to align HR strategies with operational and business objectives
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
- Support organizational change and culture-building efforts across departments
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, leadership, and employee relations
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Oversee employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and hospitality industry standards
- Manage recruitment processes during the off-season, ensuring timely and quality hires
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees, resolving complex HR issues with empathy and discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Ms Degree in Human Resources will be a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, ideally within the hospitality sector
- Proven experience in strategic HR partnering and organizational development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Good knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
- High level of emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex issues and find creative solutions
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
