- Design, implement, and manage CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and onsite messaging.
- Segment customer base and develop personalized journeys to increase engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and optimize customer communication flows using A/B testing and data-driven strategies.
- Work with Product and Marketing teams to support promotions, product launches, and player lifecycle activities.
- Ensure compliance with responsible gaming, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements in all communications.
- Stay updated on CRM trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, ideally within iGaming, e-commerce, or a digital-first industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into insights.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek & English (both written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Passion for sports, gaming, or betting industry is a plus.
