Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat to Dutch-speaking clients
Answer queries related to banking products and services
Assist customers with account issues, transaction processing, and problem resolution
Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary
Work closely with team members to exceed service expectations
Stay informed about the latest financial products and regulations
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential
Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the banking sector, is a plus
