- Researching market trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while also developing new client contacts.
- Having a deep understanding of the products or services being sold, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Creating sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Assist in preparing proposal, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with clients.
- Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Working closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client management.
- BSc in business administration, IT, Sales & Marketing or any other related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales roles, preferably in IT technology Sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in IT, mobile technology, and digital solutions.
- Curiosity about new technologies.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Commercial acumen.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and improve.
- Proficiency in Greek and English language (verbal and written).
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
