- Provide technical support for IoT devices and connectivity issues (GSM, APNs, signal quality, diagnostics)
- Configure, install, and test smart devices and their integration with cloud platforms
- Monitor system health and proactively identify root causes of hardware and software malfunctions
- Collaborate with R&D and field engineers to resolve technical issues in the lab or on-site
- Document and manage incidents using internal tools or ticketing platforms
- Participate in hardware testing, firmware updates, and pilot rollouts
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, or related engineering/technical field
- 1–2 years of experience in hardware support, embedded systems, or IoT environments
- Familiarity with physical diagnostics: signal, wiring, connectivity, sensor behavior
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
- Strong communication skills in both Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and speaking directly with clients or partners
- Driving license (optional but preferred – occasional field visits may be required)
- Previous experience in smart city, IoT, or embedded device deployment
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools, firmware flashing, or Linux-based environments
- Basic scripting experience (e.g. Bash or Python)
- Involvement in innovative and high-impact IoT projects in Greece and abroad
