Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions of player inquiries.
Stay updated on game developments, new releases, and trends within the gaming industry.
Requirements
Fluency in French (native or near-native level) and proficient English skills.
A strong enthusiasm for gaming and a solid understanding of gaming cultures.
Experience in customer service or community management is highly regarded.
