• Provide exceptional support to customers in German through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist clients with the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations as needed.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to bookings and offer effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance and service improvement.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
• Keep up-to-date with company policies, travel offerings, and promotions to share accurate information with customers.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken), with English proficiency as an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially within the travel or hospitality industries, is preferred.
