If so, instacar wants you on our team. We are looking for a Fleet Customer Support Agent. In this role, you'll provide prompt customer support to our clients, delivering timely solutions, and effectively managing inquiries related to the repair department. Reporting directly to the Fleet Team Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our fleet.Your Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries related to accidents/repairs promptly and guide them through post-accident processes
Provide solutions to customers with damaged cars, resolve instadrivers’ repair requests and follow through on their needs.
Assess damages and allocate charges to the relevant parties while handling damage disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain exceptional communication and support between customers and repair’s departments.
Update records on accidents or repairs and collaborate with the repair department for timely vehicle return to client
