- Address customer inquiries related to accidents/repairs promptly and guide them through post-accident processes
- Provide solutions to customers with damaged cars, resolve instadrivers’ repair requests and follow through on their needs.
- Assess damages and allocate charges to the relevant parties while handling damage disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain exceptional communication and support between customers and repair’s departments.
- Update records on accidents or repairs and collaborate with the repair department for timely vehicle return to client
- Possess excellent communication skills, with a knack for clear and constructive dialogue, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Are fluent in both Greek and English, both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrate the ability to work seamlessly across multiple departments.
- Are highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by results.
