- Provides first and second level IT support across the organization
- Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, network and printing issues
- Escalates complex incidents when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution
- Manages user accounts, access rights and system configurations
- Maintains and update documentation, user manuals and troubleshooting guides
- Supports employees with training and guidance on IT system and best implementations
- Participates in key IT project, including rollouts , upgrades , and system implementations
- Monitors recurring issues and propose long - term solutions for system optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or related field
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience
- Excellent command of Windows system, Office 365 administration, Active Directory , enterprise software and printing solutions
- A solid understanding of networking (TCP / IP , DNS , VPN)
- Very good knowledge of English Language
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide excellent internal customer support
