This is not simply our job, it's our passion.About the roleTo do the End of Day, close and back up the computer network data. Balance all the Revenue/Income Accounts and audit for accuracy of the Opera Front Office, Micros point of sales, call accounting and/or other Income generating computer systems. To print out daily Manager's Report and distributes or sends it by local e-mail only to the authorized recipients.Key Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain high visibility in public areas during peak times;
Collect guest preferences during guest's stay, communicate to appropriate departments and act accordingly;
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during the overnight shift.
Greet and assist late-arriving and early-departing guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the property's PMS.
Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with urgency and empathy.
Resolve issues promptly or escalate to the Night Manager as appropriate.
Conduct proactive property walks to ensure guest comfort and safety.
Perform nightly audits and reconcile daily transactions across departments.
Generate and distribute accurate financial and statistical reports for management.
Monitor and balance room rates, revenue, and payment methods in accordance with policy.
Assist the Night Manager with administrative duties and next-day preparation tasks.
Execute end-of-day processes in PMS and ensure data integrity across systems.
Support the enforcement of health, safety, and security protocols.

Skills, Education or Certification

Minimum two years working in a luxury, 5-star hotel as a Front Office/Assistant Front Office Manager
Excellent knowledge of Opera and Ms Office
Excellent knowledge of night closing procedures
Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
Must be proficient in hospitality revenue management, guest services and team development
Previous work in customer service and FoH experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Strong leadership skills and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent listening and comprehension skills required.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

Hospitality Management Degree
Excellent knowledge of Enhlish
Knowledge in OPERA/MICROS
Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Minimum one year experience in a luxury resort/hotel
