Provide top-notch helpdesk support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and customer accounts.
Document all interactions accurately in the support database.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Educate customers about product features and offer best practices for usage.
Stay up-to-date on new product offerings and technical developments to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or technical support is a plus.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with common operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to customer service.
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Valid European Passport or ID is required.
