Offer outstanding end-user support to Spanish-speaking customers through multiple communication channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and applications effectively.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain detailed documentation of support requests.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of user issues.
Stay informed about product updates to assist customers with confidence.
Contribute to improving internal support processes and documentation.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in IT support or customer service is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player with the capability to work independently.
Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
Experience with support tools and ticketing systems is an asset.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
