Provide high-quality end-user support to German-speaking clients through multiple communication channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and applications efficiently.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Stay informed about product updates to assist customers confidently.
Assist in the continuous improvement of internal support processes and documentation.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service or IT support is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
Experience with support tools and ticketing systems is an asset.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
