- Provide outstanding customer support in German through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about flight bookings, cancellations, and travel changes.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with airline booking systems and travel products is advantageous.
