- Assist German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel services.
- Provide detailed information about accommodations, travel policies, and ensure a seamless booking process.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, striving for high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Stay informed about current promotions, travel trends, and platform updates to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathetic problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and general office software.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
