Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Spanish and additional languages as required
Provide clear and accurate information about products and services offered
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to guarantee positive outcomes
Document customer interactions meticulously to maintain comprehensive records
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the quality of customer support
Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
Capable of managing multiple tasks and working effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
