Deliver expert support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding HealthTech products through phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical queries efficiently, with a focus on health technology solutions.
Document all customer interactions and support requests thoroughly to improve our service quality.
Work collaboratively with team members to devise effective solutions and raise customer satisfaction levels.
Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to deliver informed assistance.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance your expertise in HealthTech.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Experience in customer support, especially within the health technology sector, is advantageous.
A strong passion for health technology and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
Basic knowledge of IT systems, health technology products, and software applications is preferable.
Detail-oriented and capable of efficiently handling multiple requests.
