Respond to customer inquiries from Spanish-speaking users via email, chat, and phone while ensuring high-quality support.
Diagnose and provide solutions for technical issues related to the streaming platform.
Guide customers through platform features, account setup, and subscription processes.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our support database.
Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot complex challenges.
Engage in ongoing training to remain updated on platform enhancements and service strategies.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Previous experience in customer support is preferred, but motivated newcomers are also encouraged to apply.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-friendly attitude.
Detail-oriented with the capability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Familiarity with streaming services or related technologies is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Willingness to adapt to new tools and procedures.
Reliable internet connection for remote work is required.
