Deliver high-quality support to Spanish-speaking VIP clients through various communication methods

Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer service standards
Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends to provide relevant assistance

Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, with exceptional writing and speaking skills in both
Prior experience in a customer support role, particularly with VIP or luxury clients
