Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers through various communication methods including email, chat, and phone.
Identify and resolve user issues related to the online platform promptly.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Inform users about platform features and encourage their active participation.
Engage in continuous training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
No previous experience required; motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong enthusiasm for learning and an interest in technology.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude.
