Offer personalized support to Dutch-speaking VIP clients through phone, email, and chat
Proactively identify and address client needs, delivering tailored solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues promptly and effectively
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends
Foster strong, positive relationships with VIP clients to enhance loyalty
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in customer support, ideally with VIP or high-end clientele
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
