Provide outstanding mobile support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile applications and devices effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile technology and support practices.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not mandatory.
A strong interest in technology, especially in mobile applications and devices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) is preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities.
Must possess a valid EU Passport or ID for employment eligibility.
