Interact with Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to assist with their inquiries and provide support.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor.
Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer happiness and enhance service quality.
Stay knowledgeable about products and services to provide relevant support to customers.
Gather and utilize customer feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care and empathy.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to finding solutions.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage workloads.
