- Respond to inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product-related questions and any service issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Guide customers on best practices for utilizing our services
- Collect and share customer feedback to contribute to service improvements
- Engage in continuous training to improve your skills and knowledge
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior experience in a customer support role is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
- Friendly and customer-oriented approach
- Aptitude to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges
