- Preparing ingredients and assisting in the preparation of dishes as directed by Cook A or Cook B
- Following proper cooking procedures and techniques to ensure food is prepared in line with health and safety standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of workstations, tools, and kitchen equipment
- Assisting with dishwashing and cleaning duties as required during and after service
- Following guidelines for food storage, ensuring all products are stored safely and labeled correctly
- Helping with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning
- Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Supporting team members during peak times by working efficiently and remaining organized
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
- Previous experience in a kitchen or cooking role is an advantage
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of English language.
