As the IT/OT Infrastructure Engineer, you will act as the primary point of contact for all IT and OT related activities on-site. Works closely with the Infrastructure team in HQ to ensure alignment and support. Responsible for the IT and OT operations at the manufacturing plant, providing assistance both in daily operations and infrastructure projects. The role is based in Kilkis, Greece.Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related activities within the factory, ensuring continuity and stability of local systems
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and PC-related issues (1st & 2nd level support)
Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices
Perform basic administration of Windows Server environment and Microsoft 365 services
Administer and troubleshoot basic networking infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, switches, and routers.
Support and maintain the Manufacturing OT infrastructure
Monitor and ensure the smooth daily operation of all IT systems within the factory
Assist in the implementation and support of IT infrastructure projects

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
Strong expertise in PC support, peripherals, and PC deployments
Basic administration of Windows Server OS (Active Directory, group policies, user management) and Microsoft 365 services
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switches, routers)
Basic understanding of OT infrastructure related to manufacturing environments (e.g., industrial networks, connectivity of production machines)
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams

Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently on-site

Experience working in or supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
