As the Mold Design Expert, you will design and develop injection molding tools for new products, ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery. The role is based in Kilkis, Greece.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

Participates in new product development teams.
Designs injection molding tools (molds).
Prepares all necessary documentation such as technical drawings, bill of materials (BOM), etc.
Collaborates with the Procurement Department for ordering materials required for mold manufacturing.
Coordinates with the Production Department to ensure timely supply of tools and components.
Monitors the progress of mold manufacturing and takes all necessary actions to ensure timely completion.
Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and training activities.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design Engineering
Over 5 years in a similar position
Strong proficiency in using VISI and/or Inventor
Knowledge of Moldex3D software is considered an advantage
Very good skills in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English & Greek
Strong multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
