As the Junior R&D engineer, you will support the design and development of new products, create technical documentation, and collaborate closely with production teams to ensure manufacturability and quality throughout the development process.. The role is based in Kilkis, Greece.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

Participates in new product development teams.

Designs auxiliary production equipment (e.g., fixtures, jigs, etc.).
Prepares all necessary documentation such as engineering drawings, bills of materials, reports, assembly instructions, etc.
Creates and maintains the required Technical Specifications in the ERP system.
Collaborates with the Production departments to ensure optimal manufacturing processes for required components (DFM – Design for Manufacturability).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
0-3 years of experience in a production environment
Very good CAD skills (AutoCAD, Inventor)
Knowledge of Finite Element Method (FEM) will be considered an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluency in English & Greek
Strong multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
