- As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide expert support via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, providing clear, helpful solutions.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of products and services to offer accurate information.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their requests and follow up to ensure full resolution.
- Native or fluent Dutch, with a good command of English.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others.
