- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for electrical or/and mechanical systems.
- Lead a team of technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns and equipment malfunctions efficiently.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans and ensure timely execution.
- Manage spare parts in cooperation with procurement.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize machinery performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience of 4+ years ideally in the pharmaceutical industry in a supervisory role.
- Great knowledge of the English language.
- Computer literacy.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
