Provide basic support for the company's internal order processing systems and applications

Offer daily technical assistance to users (PCs, printers, network issues, etc.)

Monitor and maintain IT equipment (hardware/software)

Record and resolving basic technical issues

Communicate with external partners or the central IT department abroad when needed

Requirements:Required qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field (University, TEI, or Vocational Training)

Basic experience in IT support

Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts

Good command of English

Responsible, organized, and willing to learn

Knowledge of SAP or experience with ERP systems will be considered a plus

Driving license
