Deliver top-notch Tier 1 support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical inquiries and service-related issues.
Accurately document customer interactions in the support system.
Guide customers with clear and concise instructions on product features.
Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support when needed.
Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all customer interactions.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues effectively.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with computer systems and support software is beneficial.
