- Oversee the daily operation of the front desk and ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
- In cooperation with the Guest Experience Manager, train and mentor Guest Experience agents, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, with the aim of achieving guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping to ensure the timely and efficient cleaning and turnover of rooms.
- Ensure accurate billing and data entry in the hotel PMS (Opera).
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the property's facilities and services, as well as local attractions and activities, to effectively assist guests with inquiries and reservations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
