Schedule: Monday–Friday + occasional weekends
Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 09:00–22:00
Salary Range: 1,450–1,595 EUR gross/month
(1,450€ base + up to 10% productivity bonus)
Relocation: Yes — full support providedAbout the RoleJoin the team as a German-speaking Customer Service Agent, one of Germany's most trusted insurance groups. You'll assist customers with inquiries, process claims, manage insurance documentation, and ensure all actions comply with regulatory standards.This is a remote role that requires accuracy, empathy, and the ability to handle complex insurance topics while delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve insurance-related questions
- Process claims, applications, changes, conversions, and terminations
- Manage general account requests: address changes, SEPA mandates, account updates
- Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with GDPR and internal regulations
- Prepare insurance offers (liability, accident, property, legal expenses) via cross-selling
- Support registrations for the My HUK online self-service portal
- Process incoming documents (post/email) within SLAs
- Escalate complex cases when required
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain high performance
- German C2 — excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong empathy, listening skills, and ability to explain complex information
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to handle challenging interactions calmly and professionally
- High level of accuracy and compliance awareness
- Solid operational skills: documentation, multitasking, process adherence
- Confident working with Windows, Android, Chrome, MS Office & CRM systems
- Typing: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
- High school diploma or higher
